Launch Control

Launch control manages engine RPM, traction, and clutch engagement to achieve the fastest possible acceleration. The driver holds the brake, floors the throttle, and releases the brake. The computer then delivers power precisely at the traction limit. Systems vary from simple rev limiters to sophisticated algorithms that learn track conditions.
