Torque Vectoring
Technology that electronically controls the torque distribution between wheels to improve handling.
Torque vectoring can be achieved via braking (slowing the inside wheel) or active differentials (overdriving the outside wheel). By sending more power to the outside rear wheel during a turn, the car is effectively pushed into the corner, reducing understeer and increasing agility. Electric vehicles achieve this with extreme precision using dual or tri-motor setups.
